Delivery Policy

Nationwide Delivery

All of our prices include postage and packing for mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Where deliveries are required outside of the UK we will source the cheapest most secure method of transit to ensure your goods reach you quickly and undamaged. Where items are in stock we will endeavour to deliver them within 28 days. We will contact you to advise where stock is not available.

For deliveries outside the UK up to 500g:-

Europe (includes EU countries, Eastern Europe and Russian):£5.00
Rest of World: £7.50

For packages over 500g up to 2kg our customer services team will contact you to advise the cost.

Next day delivery is available through Royal Mail for UK mainland only at an additional charge of £5.00.

 
Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your order.

If for any reason you are unhappy please return the goods with all the original packaging, unused and in original condition with any accessories and any supplied free gifts within 7 days of delivery.

When returning items please ensure that a covering letter is included explaining the reason for the return, the customers contact details need to be included and packages need to be marked “Returns Department” and sent to:-

Please state whether you require a replacement or a refund. A refund will be made to your credit / debit card.

We do not provide returns labels and any postal costs incurred are to be paid for by customer.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or there is an item missing please contact us immediately.

If your product develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will arrange to exchange or refund the cost of your goods. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse (for which there can be no exchange or refund). If your product develops a fault after 28 days please contact us, we will send your product to the manufacturer for investigation and where the fault is found to be due to a failure in the product we will arrange an exchange or refund.

The Speedo LZR Laser brand on all returns requires inspection by the manufacturers, therefore these items must be returned to us for inspection and investigation if a problem is reported.

Goods will be despatched on receipt of full payment by credit or debit card. Please note we do not accept American Express.
